Redemption Approvals

How it works

1. You share the link with the people you want to send a pack to — by email, in a message, in a Slack workflow, in a welcome letter, whatever suits you.
2. They fill in a short form with their name and shipping address, and choose a size (if there are apparel products) or a specific gift (if you offer multiple options).
3. Their request appears here under Pending, for you or another dashboard user to approve or reject.
4. We ship what you approve. Approved packs are prepared at our warehouse and sent to the address they gave. Rejected requests aren't sent.

Using this page

• Pending lists requests waiting for a decision. Click a name to see the full details first.
• Approve or Reject one at a time, or tick the boxestap Select to handle several at once. Please note, once approved or rejected, it can't be undone.
• Processed shows everything already decided, with who did it and when.
• If another dashboard user from your company has already dealt with a request, we'll tell you who.
• Some people can only approve requests from certain Redemption Pages. Requests you can't act on are greyed out.
